This video pretty much sums up my week. Life would be the guy in blue, I would be the guy in orange, I think you get the picture. By the way, this is called "Shaolin Iron Egg" technique.

Next Step
So I start the process for obtaining my Ordained Ministers license in a month. It's not really the license that I am after (although its a good thing) but the process involved will allow me to learn more biblically and stretch myself spiritually. When it is all said and done, I will be nearly finished with my B.A. in theology which also makes me happy.
The past year has really been a shift for me. God has been shaping me inside and out and I can't wait to see what is around the corner. It's amazing how sometimes when we think that we have it all figured out. When we think that we have achieved something great, God steps in and bumps it up a notch, it totally messes up your plans. I love it.

World Record - Fastest Guitar 320 BPM
This guy sets a world record. I guess I shouldn't tell him that I hit 400 bpm yesterday...ok I didn't really hit 400 bpm.
Skip to middle if you want to get right to the faster parts. It's insane!

Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch was a Professor at CMU who became an internet legend with his famous "Last Lecture." The idea was that if you had one last lecture to give, what would you say? If you have not watched this you really should, it puts a perspective on things. Randy Pausch died of pancreatic cancer at age 47. R.I.P Randy Pausch.
